We have been Sharpening Blades/Scissors and Repairing Clippers/Shearers
Since 1983
We also sharpen garden equipment and knives etc.
We are stockists of most makes of clippers/shearers, replacement blades, spare parts, clipper oil, animal shampoos, grooming products etc.
Our opening times are:-
Monday - Thursday
9.00 am - 4.30 pm
Friday 9.00 am - 4.00 pm
We are not open Saturday or Sunday or bank holidays.
We are closing for the Christmas holidays on Monday 23rd December at 1.00 pm (for drop off and collection only, we will not be carrying out any work) we will re-open on Monday 6th January,

If you have a rechargeable clipper to send in please allow plenty of time. Also we require your charger
to enable us to check everything is working together.

ANY DISCREPANCIES WITH YOUR ORDER SHOULD BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

ONCE YOU ORDER LEAVES US, ANY DELAYS WITH YOUR DELIVERIES ARE NOT THE FAULT OF HCS SERVICES.

At present we are unable to give a turnaround time for clipper repairs as we are experiencing high volumes of work, please check with your carrier to see if we have received the goods rather than telephone as we have numerous parcels to look through to check if it is here and this holds up the procedure. Once we have inspected the machine, if you have requested a quote we will then contact you either by telephone or email with the cost.

We no longer have a blade/repair form on the website, however you can email us on sales@hcsservices.co.uk or go to contacts and request a form, alternatively
you can enclose with your order a note/letter showing your name, address, telephone number and email address. Please make a brief note stating what is enclosed and if you have any specific requirements please state this, ie. if you would like a quotation or if you would like us to ring for payment details. Thank you

We specialise in sharpening clipping blades and repairing horse, cattle clipping machines and sheep shearing equipment. Over the years we have also expanded into the world of dog grooming, veterinary surgeon blade sharpening/repairs and hairdressers blade sharpening. (We are unable to source parts for some hairdressing clippers, please check first before posting).

We sharpen scissors and uniquely modify clipping blades for the carpet industry.

We also stock spare parts for most makes of clippers, trimmers and shearers.

We are unable to source parts for Huntmaster, Clipperman, Clipmaster etc.

We now sharpen knives, garden equipment (ie. lawn mower blades, garden shears, secateurs), axes and chisels etc. (Drop in and Collection only please).
